1. Scope

This policy covers estimated delivery timelines and post-dispatch processes for wholesale agricultural commodity orders from krishagro.in. For dispatch and packing timelines, see our Shipping Policy.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Bulk road transport is subject to road conditions and state-border formalities.

3. Delivery and Unloading

  • Delivery is to the buyer's godown, factory, or mill as specified in the order. Unloading is the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
  • Buyers or their representatives must be present at the delivery address to receive and verify the consignment.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is confirmed via signed goods receipt / proof of delivery (POD) from the buyer or authorised representative.

5. Shortage, Damage, or Quality Discrepancy

Inspect the consignment at the time of delivery. Report any of the following within 24 hours:

  • Short weight or missing bags
  • Transit damage (torn bags, moisture ingress, contamination)
  • Grade or quality mismatch

Provide photographs, weighment slips, and a written description. We will arrange a credit note, replacement, or quality adjustment per our Refund Policy.

6. Lost or Delayed Consignments

If the transporter does not deliver within the estimated timeline plus 3 business days, contact us immediately. We will trace the consignment and arrange redress.

7. Fragile / Perishable Produce

Certain products (fresh produce, raw oilseeds in humid conditions) require prompt unloading and storage. Delays in accepting delivery may affect product quality, for which KRISH AGRO will not be liable if transit was completed on schedule.

8. Force Majeure

Delivery may be delayed by monsoon floods, road blockages, transport strikes, state/national emergencies, or government restrictions. We will keep buyers informed.
