1. Scope
This policy covers estimated delivery timelines and post-dispatch processes for orders from krishagro.in. For dispatch and packing timelines, see our Shipping Policy.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)

* Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier availability and location accessibility.
3. Delivery and Receiving
- Orders are delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
- For heavy items (above 25 kg), delivery is to the ground floor / doorstep only.
4. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is confirmed via OTP verification or signed proof of delivery (POD) from the recipient.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
Inspect your order at the time of delivery. Report any of the following within 24 hours:
- Damaged packaging or product
- Missing items from the order
- Wrong product delivered
Share photographs and a brief description via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If the courier does not deliver within the estimated timeline plus 3 business days, contact us immediately. We will trace the shipment and arrange redress.
7. Perishable Products
Liquid bio-fertilizers and certain organic products have limited shelf life. Please accept delivery promptly and store as per product instructions. Delays in accepting delivery may affect product quality, for which KRISH AGRO will not be liable if transit was completed on schedule.
8. Free Delivery
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery across India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies.
9. Force Majeure
Delivery may be delayed by natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions. We will keep customers informed of any such delays.
