1. Definitions
- "Shipping" / "Dispatch" refers to the process of quality-checking, packing, and handing over organic manures, bio-fertilizers, or farming equipment to the logistics partner.
- "Delivery" refers to the transit and final arrival of the order at the buyer's address. See our separate Delivery Policy.
2. Order Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment receipt, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are treated as received on the next business day.
- Business days: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.
3. Packing Standards
- Organic manures and bio-fertilizers are packed in sealed HDPE bags or bottles as per product specifications.
- Farming equipment and tools are packed in protective cardboard packaging with appropriate cushioning.
- Each package is labelled with product name, weight/quantity, batch number, and date of packing.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days. Please note that delays may occur due to high demand during the festive or planting season, or unforeseen circumstances like weather and transport disruptions.
- West Bengal: 2–4 business days
- Eastern India: 3–5 business days
- Pan-India: 5–7 business days
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
6. Shipping Charges
Orders above ₹999 qualify for free delivery within India. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹99 is applicable. Shipping charges for heavy items (above 25 kg) may vary based on destination and will be communicated before order confirmation.
7. Address and Documentation
Buyers must provide accurate delivery address and contact number. KRISH AGRO is not responsible for delays arising from incorrect address or contact information.
8. Force Majeure
Dispatch may be delayed during natural disasters, transport strikes, or government restrictions. Buyers will be notified immediately of any such events.
